MAE YOUNG CLASSIC, LA OPORTUNIDAD DE LLEGAR A SER LUCHADORA DE WWE

Mae Young Classic es un programa de televisión emitido por WWE Network en el cual se organiza un torneo con 32 luchadoras independientes. Aunque algunas ya son estrellas que han luchado en grandes empresas como TNA. La ganadora consigue un contrato con WWE y entrará formar parte del roster de nXt. No obstante, suelen contratar a más de una.

La ganadora de la primera edición fue la japonesa Kairi Sane, quien es actual campeona de nXt.

Entre las participantes de la segunda edición encontramos a luchadoras como:

Toni Storm, nacida en 1995 (22 años) en Nueva Zelanda, residente en Inglaterra y con residencia artística en Australia. Ha sido campeona en Stardom, SWA y Progress Wrestling.

Xia Brookside, nacida en 1998 (19 años) en Inglaterra. Su padrastro es Robbie Brookside, ex luchador y entrenador en WWE Performance Center. Ha luchado en Stardom y All Star Wrestling.

Ashley Rayne (Madison Rayne), nacida en 1986 (32 años) en Columbus, Ohio. Cinco veces TNA Women´s Champion y dos veces TNA Women´s Tag Team Champion.

lo Shirai, nació en 1990 (28 años) en Japón. Ha ganado numerosos títulos en Japón y actualmente está en nXt.

Kazy Catanzaro, nacida 1990 (28 años) en New Jersey. Competidora del programa de televisión American Ninja Warrior. En 2017 llegó al WWE Performance Center y ya forma parte de nXt.

 

MAE YOUNG CLASSIC, THE CHANCE TO BECOME WWE FEMALE SUPERSTAR

Mae Young Classic is a tv program broadcast by WWE Network in which a tournament with 32 independent female wrestlers is organized. Although some of them are already stars that have fought in big companies like TNA. The winner gets a contract with WWE and will become part of the nXt female roster. However, they usually hire more than one.

The winner of the first edition was the Japanese Kairi Sane, who is the current nXt Women´s Champion.

Among the participants of the second edition we find female wrestlers such as:

lo Shirai, was born in 1990 (28 years old) in Japan. He has won numerous titles in Japan and she is currently in nXt.

Kazy Catanzaro, born 1990 (28 years old) in New Jersey. Competitor of the television program American Ninja Warrior. In 2017 she arrived at the WWE Performance Center and is already part of nXt female roster.
