RC Dupree, you are with Jaxon Argos the IWC Tag Team Champion, and in addition with Jack Pollock, you are The Team Storm. Tell us about the road of your faction has been until to dominate the IWC International Wrestling Cartel.
Well first, I appreciate you inviting me to do this interview, Big C.A .
Team Storm which is comprised of myself, Jack Pollock, and JaXon Argos are three guys who were cut from the same cloth. We are three guys who were trained by the great Lance Storm and who want to prove that we are the current and future of the professional wrestling business.
I have been thrown into the deep end since the beginning of my wrestling career and continue to succeed, Jack Pollock has been beating up his body in the independent wrestling scene to make a name for himself when others wouldn’t give him a chance, and JaXon Argos is a TWO TIME Rookie of the Year. Did you even know that was possible? We said we were all three going to win championships from the International Wrestling Cartel and we did just that. No matter how many times we felt the IWC and Justin Plummer were keeping us down, we kept fighting.
We aren’t just guys that meet at the shows, team together, then go our separate ways. We train together, hangout together, & ride together.
The Team Storm Takeover isn’t just a catchy saying either, we say it because it’s what we do.
Your master was the ECW/WCW/WWE Legend, Lance Storm. Can you tell us about your preparation? And also about your best moves?
Going through the Storm Wrestling Academy was the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through. When I tell people I lived in Canada training at the SWA school they initially think three months is nothing. For those three months we literally in every sense of the word lived, breathed, ate, slept professional wrestling. If you couldn’t cut it, you wouldn’t last. I trained with guys from all over the world and we pushed each other to become better. I thought the exercises that I was doing before I attended the academy would prepare me for SWA but I was mistaken. The high altitude alone made training that much harder. There is a reason why Lance has quite the track record of producing wrestlers that go on to have success. Attending SWA was a personal challenge to me, if I went to a wrestling school, I’d want it to be a physical and mental challenge and that’s exactly what it was.
As far as my best moves, I do the spinning heel kick as a tribute to my all time favorite, Owen Hart. The impaler DDT with my eccentric spin to it is my go to in order to keep my opponents down for the count.
Can you tell us how Rowdy Roddy Piper inspired you to make your way in the tough and competitive world of professional wrestling?
Absolutley. Some set backs had happened in January 2014 on my journey of becoming a professional wrestler that had me questioning if I should go forward with this dream. The following year, I had met Rowdy Roddy Piper at a signing and told him about my roadblock and how it affected my confidence to continue pursuing wrestling. I feel that Roddy could see it in my eyes how I was feeling. He then took a considerable amount of time out to talk to me and was completely honest with me. The thing I remember most was him saying «screw what others think, they aren’t you. They don’t understand how bad you want this… and if you do want this bad enough, YOU will get there.»
Unfortunately Roddy had passed away not long after and I was never able to thank him for reinvigorating my confidence. Along with many others, Roddy was definitely a brick in the foundation that got me to where I am today.
What have been your favorite matches and who do you want to face in the future?
I have quite a few, but for right now I’d say Team Storm vs. Andrew Palace and Ryback. That match will always hold a special place in my eccentric heart. We didn’t win that night, but it was the biggest crowd we had ever been in front of up to that point and the year before I was a fan in the crowd. To go from a fan one year to the main event of that show the following year is quite the accomplishment in my book. As far as future opponents, there are an endless amount… including Buff Bagwell.

Team Storm, que está compuesto por mí, Jack Pollock y JaXon Argos, somos tres tipos que fueron cortados de la misma tela. Somos tres tíos que fueron entrenados por el gran Lance Storm y que queremos demostrar que somos el presente y el futuro del negocio del wrestling profesional.
Me han estado subestimando desde el comienzo de mi carrera como luchador y continúo teniendo éxito. Jack Pollock ha estado castigando su cuerpo en la escena de wrestling independiente para hacerse un nombre cuando otros no le daban una oportunidad. No importa cuántas veces sintiéramos que la IWC y Justin Plummer nos estaban frenando, seguíamos luchando.
No solo somos hombres que nos reunimos en los shows, formamos equipo y luego nos separamos. Entrenamos juntos, pasamos nuestro tiempo libre juntos y viajamos juntos.

Tu maestro fue la leyenda de ECW, WCW y WWE, Lance Storm. ¿ Puedes contarnos cómo fue tu preparación ? ¿Y También hablarnos sobre tus mejores llaves de wrestling?
Pasar por la Academia de Lucha Storm fue lo más duro que he experimentado. Cuando le digo a la gente que estuve viviendo en Canadá, entrenando en La Escuela SWA, en principio piensan que tres meses no son nada. Durante esos tres meses, literalmente, en todos los sentidos de la palabra vivimos, respiramos, comimos y dormimos el wrestling profesional. Si no fuera porque no puedes cortar con esto, no dudarías. Entrené con tipos de todo el mundo y nos pisoteábamos unos a otros para ser mejores que los demás. Pensé que los ejercicios que estaba haciendo antes de asistir a la academia me prepararían para SWA pero me equivoqué. Ya solo la altitud hacía que el entrenamiento fuera mucho más duro. Esta es una de las razones por las que Lance tiene un gran historial produciendo luchadores de éxito. Asistir a SWA fue un desafío personal para mí, si asistía a una escuela de lucha, quería que fuera un desafío físico y mental, y eso es exactamente lo que fue.

Lamentablemente, Roddy falleció poco después y nunca pude agradecerle por haber fortalecido mi confianza. Junto con muchos otros, Roddy fue definitivamente un ladrillo en la base que me llevó a donde estoy hoy.
¿Cuales han sido tus combates favoritos y a quién te quieres enfrentar en el futuro?
Tengo bastantes, pero por ahora diría que Team Storm contra Andrew Palace y Ryback. Ese combate siempre tendrá un lugar especial en mi excéntrico corazón . No ganamos esa noche, pero el público fue la multitud más numerosa en la que habíamos estado hasta ese momento.Y el año anterior yo era un fan más entre la multitud. Pasar en un año, de ser un fan a estar en el evento principal de ese show, fue un gran logro.
En cuanto a los futuros oponentes, hay una cantidad infinita … incluyendo a Buff Bagwell.
